Sonya Black Harris is the founder of Black Beauty Hair Gallery, a Licensed Cosmetologist, Master Hairstylist, Healthy Hair Care Specialist, salon owner, mother, and grandmother with more than 35 years of professional hair care experience. Her work is rooted in helping women feel beautiful, confident, seen, and cared for.

For Sonya, hair care is more than a service — it is her calling, her passion, and her ministry. Through years of hands-on experience, she has witnessed how stress, tension, life changes, and scalp concerns can affect a person’s relationship with their hair and confidence.
