Your appointment includes an intake and history review, a Preliminary Scalp and Hair Assessment, education within the cosmetology scope, and personalized next-step guidance. Based on the visible observations and information reviewed, Sonya will recommend the most appropriate 30-, 60-, or 90-Day experience or advise whether a medical referral may be appropriate before enrollment.

Discussion of concerns, styling practices, routine, and goals
Preliminary Scalp and Hair Assessment — initial visible observation of the scalp, hairline, edges, temples, crown, parting areas, and overall density
Observation of visible dryness, flaking, buildup, breakage, shedding concerns, and tension patterns

Personalized next-step guidance and recommendation of the appropriate 30-, 60-, or 90-Day Experience
