Individuals experiencing sudden, severe, painful, infected, bleeding, or unexplained scalp or hair concerns should seek guidance from a licensed medical professional.
We may collect client photos, testimonials, or progress updates for internal tracking, consultation support, or service documentation.

Clients may choose Pay in Full or an Approved Flexible Payment Option offered at checkout by a third-party payment provider.
Payments are processed by independent third-party providers such as Lightspeed, PayPal, Affirm, Klarna, Afterpay, Stripe, Square, Shopify, Shop Pay Installments, or similar approved partners. When you complete checkout, you are entering into a transaction with that provider on their secure platform and you are also subject to their terms, privacy policy, and (for financing) their credit terms, disclosures, eligibility requirements, late fees, and interest.
We do NOT collect, view, or store on restoreafterpressure.com: full credit or debit card numbers, full bank account or routing numbers, CVV / security codes, online banking credentials, or government ID numbers used for financing approval.
We DO receive and store the limited information our payment and financing providers return to us so we can confirm enrollment and maintain accurate business records, such as: your name and billing contact information, the experience purchased, amount paid or financed, payment method type, payment provider used, order/transaction/confirmation number, card brand and last 4 digits (when provided), payment status (paid, pending, approved, declined, refunded, charged back), and the date and time of the transaction.
This payment-related information is used to confirm registration, verify Founder’s Launch Bonus eligibility, schedule services, issue receipts, process approved refunds or adjustments, reconcile bookkeeping, file taxes, and respond to disputes or chargebacks.
Our website may use cookies, pixels, analytics tools, and similar technologies to understand website traffic, improve performance, measure engagement, support checkout, prevent fraud, and inform marketing.
You may adjust your browser settings to refuse or delete cookies. Some website features (including checkout and scheduling) may not function properly if cookies are disabled.
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical steps to protect the information submitted through our website, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), restricted internal access, and reliance on PCI-compliant third-party payment providers for all card and financing transactions. However, no website, online form, email system, text message, or electronic communication method is completely secure.
Please do not submit full payment card numbers, bank account numbers, Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, or sensitive medical or emergency information through our contact forms, email, or text messages. All payment information should be entered only on the secure checkout page of the third-party payment provider.
If we become aware of a security incident that materially affects your personal information, we will respond in accordance with applicable law.
We retain personal, registration, scheduling, intake, and payment-related information for as long as needed to deliver your services, support the Founder’s Launch Bonus, honor refund or dispute windows, and comply with our legal, tax, accounting, insurance, and recordkeeping obligations. After that, we securely delete, anonymize, or archive the information.
Restore After Pressure™ services and website forms are intended for individuals age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18.
If you choose to share a Crown Story, we collect the information you provide on the submission form and keep a record of the permissions you granted.
Information collected. Your written experience, the experience category you select, and the display-name style you choose.
Private verification and contact information. Your full name, email address, and optional phone number are collected so we can verify that a story is genuine and contact you about it. This information is never published.
Optional photographs. A photo is never required. Any photo you upload is stored privately and is not publicly visible unless it is separately approved for publication.
Separate text and photo permissions. Permission to publish your written experience and permission to publish your photograph are always separate. Granting one does not grant the other, and either may be withdrawn independently.
Display-name choices. You choose whether your story appears with your full name, your first name and last initial, your initials, or as “Anonymous Client.”
Administrative moderation and limited editing. Submissions are reviewed privately and are never published automatically. If you granted editing permission, we may lightly edit for length, spelling, grammar, and clarity without changing the meaning of what you shared.
Consent and moderation records. We retain a record of the exact consent wording you agreed to, the version of that wording, when you agreed, and the moderation actions taken on your submission. These records are internal and are retained for legal and record-keeping purposes.
Security and abuse prevention. To protect the form from automated abuse, we record a non-reversible, salted hash of the submitting network address and the browser identification string, and we apply submission rate limits. We do not store your network address in readable form.
Removal of unnecessary image metadata. Before a photograph is stored, we remove unnecessary embedded metadata, including location data, camera details, and similar embedded information.
Withdrawal of testimonial text, photo permission, or both. You may withdraw permission at any time by visiting our testimonial withdrawal page or by contacting us. Withdrawing photo permission removes the photograph from public display while eligible published text may remain; withdrawing text permission removes the story from every public surface.
Reasonable identity verification. Because a withdrawal changes what is published, we verify requests using a secure, time-limited link sent to the email address associated with the submission, or through other documented verification if needed.
Withdrawal versus broader deletion. Withdrawal removes content from public display. It is not the same as a request to delete all associated records. We retain submission, consent, and moderation records for legal and record-keeping purposes. If you want a broader deletion, contact us and we will honor it where legally and practically possible; we cannot promise complete or instantaneous deletion of every retained record.
