This Service & Product Policy applies to Restore After Pressure™ by Black Beauty, operated by Black Beauty Industries, LLC DBA Black Beauty Hair Gallery.
Restore After Pressure™ is currently a service-based scalp-focused healthy hair support system with future product sales planned.
Restore After Pressure™ by Black Beauty offers cosmetic, educational, and healthy hair support services. Services may be offered in person at Black Beauty Hair Gallery and/or virtually.

Restore After Pressure™ services are designed to support healthy hair routines, scalp-focused education, moisture balance, product guidance, consistency, and confidence.
Our services are not medical services. We do not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, reverse, or regrow hair loss, alopecia, scalp disease, or any medical condition.
Clients with sudden, severe, painful, infected, bleeding, open, or unexplained scalp or hair concerns should consult a licensed medical professional.
Clients may be required to complete an intake form and consent acknowledgements before services are provided.
The intake form helps us understand your hair/scalp concerns, service interests, product interests, goals, and communication preferences. It does not replace medical evaluation.
Appointments may be requested through the website form, phone, future booking tools, or other approved communication methods.
Submitting a form does not guarantee an appointment until the appointment is confirmed by Black Beauty.
Clients may secure their Restore After Pressure™ experience by choosing one of the approved payment options available at checkout.
Payment options may include pay-in-full or approved flexible payment options through Lightspeed, PayPal, Affirm, Klarna, Afterpay, or other supported third-party payment providers.
Availability, approval, payment schedules, fees, and terms are determined by the third-party payment provider, not Black Beauty Industries, LLC DBA Black Beauty Hair Gallery.
Registration is not confirmed until payment is completed or third-party checkout approval is successfully processed.
Please provide at least 48 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made with proper notice may be rescheduled based on availability.
No-shows and same-day cancellations may be charged up to 50% of the booked service.
Clients who no-show or cancel the same day may be required to prepay for future bookings.
Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule or may receive a modified service at the stylist's discretion.
We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will work with you in good faith.
Results vary from person to person. Healthy hair support is influenced by consistency, home care, styling habits, hair history, scalp condition, overall health, and professional guidance.
We do not guarantee specific results.
Photos may be collected for private progress tracking, service documentation, or consultation support.
Public use of client photos, before-and-after images, testimonials, reviews, names, or identifying details will require written permission.

Restore After Pressure™ by Black Beauty is currently a service-focused scalp and healthy hair support system. Product sales directly through restoreafterpressure.com may be added in the future.
Black Beauty Hair Food Serum and other Black Beauty products may be available through the parent brand website, blackbeautyhg.com, or through approved Black Beauty sales channels.
Any product purchases made through blackbeautyhg.com or another approved sales platform are subject to the product descriptions, checkout process, shipping terms, return policy, and customer service terms provided through that sales channel at the time of purchase.

Products may be shipped locally and nationwide using USPS or another selected carrier. Shipping timelines, rates, delivery options, and carrier details will be provided at checkout or on the product page once sales are active.
Black Beauty is not responsible for carrier delays, incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer, or delivery issues outside our control.
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of the delivery date shown by the carrier.

Due to hygiene and safety, opened or used hair/scalp products are final sale and are not eligible for return.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or tampered products unless required by law.
Future products are for external use only. Use products as directed on the label.
Avoid contact with eyes. Do not apply to broken or irritated skin. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children. Patch test before first use.
