We do not claim to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, reverse, or regrow hair loss, alopecia, scalp disease, or any medical condition.
If you are experiencing sudden, severe, painful, infected, bleeding, or unexplained scalp or hair concerns, you should consult a licensed medical professional.
Healthy hair and scalp-related outcomes vary from person to person. Results may depend on many factors, including consistency, hair history, scalp condition, styling practices, overall health, product use, and professional guidance.
Testimonials, photos, reviews, or shared experiences are individual results and do not guarantee that you will experience the same outcome.
This website and Restore After Pressure™ services are intended for adults age 18 and older. We do not provide Restore After Pressure™ services to individuals under 18.
Clients may be required to complete an intake form and consent acknowledgements before receiving services.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. We reserve the right to decline or pause services if submitted information is incomplete, inaccurate, outside our scope, or suggests that medical evaluation may be appropriate.
We reserve the right to decline, postpone, modify, or discontinue services if we believe a client's concern may require medical evaluation, is outside our professional scope, or cannot be safely supported through cosmetic healthy hair services.
This may include concerns that appear sudden, severe, painful, infected, bleeding, open, inflamed, or unexplained.
Restore After Pressure™ services may be offered in-person at Black Beauty Hair Gallery and/or virtually.
Appointments may be booked through website forms, phone communication, future booking tools, or other approved methods.
Clients may secure their Restore After Pressure™ experience by choosing one of the approved payment options available at checkout. Payment options may include pay-in-full or approved flexible payment options through Lightspeed, PayPal, Affirm, Klarna, Afterpay, or other supported third-party payment providers.
Availability, approval, payment schedules, fees, and terms are determined by the third-party payment provider. Registration is not confirmed until payment is completed or third-party checkout approval is successfully processed.
Clients are asked to provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
No-shows and same-day cancellations may be charged up to 50% of the booked service and may require prepayment for future bookings.
Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule or may receive a modified service at the stylist's discretion.
We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will work with you in good faith.
A $125 consultation fee is required at the time of booking. The consultation fee pays for the consultation service and is strictly non-refundable, except if Black Beauty Hair Gallery must cancel and a mutually acceptable rescheduled appointment cannot be arranged.
Clients may request one courtesy reschedule of their consultation appointment. The request must be received at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. The original consultation fee will be transferred to the rescheduled appointment.
Only one courtesy reschedule is permitted. A second rescheduling request, a cancellation made less than 48 hours before the appointment, failure to attend the appointment, or arrival too late to complete the consultation will result in forfeiture of the consultation fee. A new $125 consultation fee will be required to schedule another consultation.
If the client chooses to cancel rather than reschedule, the consultation fee will not be refunded.
When a client enrolls in an eligible 30-, 60-, or 90-Day Restore After Pressure™ Experience, the $125 consultation fee will be applied one time as a credit toward the selected experience. The credit is non-transferable, has no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be refunded.
If Black Beauty Hair Gallery must cancel the consultation, the client will be offered a new appointment. If a mutually acceptable appointment cannot be arranged, the client may request a refund of the consultation fee.
